Conducted by the Iranian-Armenian leader and composer Loris Tjeknavorian, the program is scheduled to kick off in Tehran’s Vahadat Hall on June 8, 2012.
The event is slated to present a repertoire comprised of various pieces created by a number of veteran Armenian composers.
One Iranian soloist will also accompany the orchestra at each night of the program.
Armenia’s National Chamber Orchestra has performed several concerts in Tehran so far including benefit concerts to raise funds for children suffering from cancer.
