Aboriginal activists have gathered outside a Brisbane court ahead of appearances by those arrested at an indigenous land rights protest.
Activist Sam Watson is among 16 people who have gone to the Brisbane Magistrates Court to support those arrested at a makeshift Aboriginal tent embassy in Musgrave Park.
About 10 police are also stationed outside the court.
About 270 police moved in on park protesters earlier this month, to enforce a council eviction order.
The protesters had refused to leave the site to make way for a Greek festival.
More than 30 people were arrested and the incident sparked a protest march on state parliament.
Some protesters have since returned to a council-sanctioned site adjacent to the park.
