Fellow entrepreneurs, Americans, anyone who still cares about this country at all — this is a must read: By the end of this week, the US government very likely will have the power to lock up US citizens for life at Guantanamo Bay or other military prisons — without charge and without trial. This means that, in the near future, a controversial Twitter post, attending a peaceful protest, or publishing an anti-Congress critique or anti-TSA rant on Google+ could land you “indefinite detention” for life, in the wording of the bill. No access to a lawyer, no access to trial.

Yes, you read that right. This would target American citizens, on American soil. Military personnel would be able to come into your house like something out of a Tom Clancy novel and chopper your innocent self down to Guantanamo Bay for life.

Details: There is a scary provision in the National Defense Authorization Act (fiscal year 2012) which is typically passed by Congress each and every year to continue funding our military operations around the world.

This provision is not a mistake or error; it has vocal backing from some of the most powerful Senators in Washington, including Sen. John McCain and Sen. Carl Levin.

The imminent passage of this bill containing the provision, which appears VERY likely at this point, would put our civil rights on par with countries like Saudi Arabia and China.

This is actually happening folks. Do a search on Google News for “National Defense Authorization Act” if you don’t believe me. Please spread word of this — quickly. Our last remaining rights as AMERICAN CITIZENS are being stripped from us. And as HuffPo recently reported, an effort to amend the bill and remove the scary provision targeting Americans has FAILED.

Even top-level law enforcement officials such as FBI Director Robert Mueller are reportedly against this wacko provision, as it would limit and confuse the FBI’s ability to legitimately investigate those who actually are engaged in terroristic activities on American soil.

But unless the public voices opposition — very soon, as in within days — this will become reality. When I asked friends and family members about this, they hadn’t heard anything about the National Defense Authorization Act controversy. The mainstream media is not covering this travesty at all. Instead, they are focused on whether Cyber Monday beat expectations, and if Michael Jackson doctor Conrad Murray’s sentencing yesterday was “fair.” Unbelievable.

then theres things like “operation fast and furious” where they trade weapons and cash,
for drugs to import that they’ve “legalized” the big banks laundering the drug money..

At Gitmo detainees whether innocent or guilty were tortured relentlessly and without pity and without proper access to medicine and red cross, with CIA expertise, with Lariam Pills to accentuate the horror of drowning over and over,

It would probably look more like Blackhawk Down if they try that on some of the communities around here, they wouldn’t have any problem taking all the helicopters down before they land.
I doubt anyone is going to be in the mood to let helicopters full of FEDS land unopposed now have the right to indefinite detain you without trial. It would be crazy to let them get anywhere near you, once they get ahold of you, they can just “disapear” you now, no trial, no contact with anyone, no letting your family no where you are, for whatever reason they want.

better think again about wanting to petition your representative in the Presidium (if your world view leans left) or the Bundestag (if you’re inclination pushes you to the right)….I imagine, taken the broad nature of this bill that, just complaining to your representatives could compell him or her to dispatch an aide to drop a note to your neighborhood friendly DHS rep….and WHAM you are esponged from society no longer to peep a squeak ever again….taking it a bit further, since we know it’s extremely expensive (what, with the international corporate bankers want to contract and inflate economies for profit – politicians pander to this because there’s some good stuff in it for them, not so good for you and me…) to house and upkeep prisoners your ass in internment won’t be worth a plum knickle….and of course the micro-managed mainstream media will exploit the various sides for money, hollywood will exploit it with their made for TV PROGRAMMING and rated R movies due to graphic violence and subject matter as we go merrily along down this road of insanity leading the insane off the cliff

The exhibit at the Smithsonian’s Renwick Gallery was called ….The Art of Gaman…. Arts and Crafts from the Japanese American Internment Camps 1942…1946… It shows more than one hundred objects made by Japanese-Americans…They were forced into internment camps by the United States government during World War Two . The objects made by these detainees helped to brighten their lives during a difficult period. They took our lawful money gold coin, then they took our silver coin out of circulation. Then they took our land and we have to pay the government in their script to live on it like feudal serfs. They took ownership of our cars by tricking us and destroying the Manufactures Certificate of Origin at purchase and created a state title in it’s stead. They tricked us and took ownership of our children by getting us to sign a Birth Certificate. They took our Republic guaranteed in Article 4 sec. 4 and gave us a Democracy. They took our jobs and sent them to other countries, and then they foreclosed on our homes a took them too. They are in the process of taking our national sovereignty.

This is what our Federal State has done to our Union. Almost all the members of our U.S. Congress support this tyranny. And they smile in your face while the legislate to stab you and your family in the back.

They want to take our guns.
