UK govt. fosters UK media’s propaganda

The FCO has said Hague’s decision “was a direct response to the horrific killing of over 100 people including 49 children and 34 women in el-Houleh”.

This comes as reports by independent media say the massacre at Houla was carried out by “terrorist death squads”.

The BBC insists that their information obtained from “activists” shows “the Syrian military bombarded Houla” and “the victims died by shelling”.

Nevertheless, video footage of the child victims released on YouTube shows the victims had suffered gunshot wounds to the face and stab wounds, with none of the victims having lost any limbs.

Independent media outlets have accused the British media of “gross breaches of journalistic ethics” and turning into “a rolling propaganda mouthpiece for the claims of dubious anonymous ‘activists’”.

“The claims of dubious anonymous ‘activists’” seem to be bolstered not only by the British media but also by the British government as the FCO says the expulsion of Syrian diplomats from London is an expression of the international outrage at “the terrible massacre at El Houla which was reported at the end of last week”.

This all comes as even United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon has said Al Qaeda is behind some terrorists attacks in Syria.
