The al-Qaeda vision for Libya was so stark and authoritarian that the globalists at the United Nations had to step in and save face.

Earlier this month a 70-page plan drafted by al-Qaeda – called the National Transition Council by the corporate media – envisioned a rebel dominated security apparatus that would takeover cities and hunt down Gaddafi supporters. The plan was resourced and supported by the United Arab Emirates, according to The Times in London.

Round-ups and mass arrests, however, would not stop with Gaddafi supporters, writes Jason Ditz. “Indeed the plan also includes discussion of a new state radio network that will broadcast orders to the public to support the new government, and warning anti-Gaddafi factions that haven’t endorsed the new regime to stand down. The assumption in the report is that these factions, termed a ‘fifth column,’ would also be arrested. The new state media will of course be necessitated all the more by the NATO attacks on the existing media.”

After the report came out, the UAE said it regretted some of the recommendations. The Transitional Council – al-Qaeda – meanwhile vouched for its authenticity.

In order to make the globalist occupation of Libya more palatable, the United Nations has stepped in with plans for foreign “military observers” and UN-run elections.

Because the UN plan allows NATO to operate as it sees fit in Libya, the differences between the two plans may be purely academic.

Look Mr. UN we don’t want your rebel hires in our communities — they have committed war-crimes.
You must now secure boarders and set up a penal colony for them, so they can go on trial before they are allow to leave and spread crime throughout the world. Otherwise, your war fraud brings unpredictable harm to the free-world if these dangerous rebels roam free. First we need an admission from the UN that some of the rebel hires over-step their agenda. If the UN proves to not be responsible then it should be dissolved.

The thrust of the UN mission, according to the 10-page document, would be to “contribute to confidence building and to the implementation of agreed military tasks.”

The “confidence building,” it adds, “might be necessary for the troops of the Gaddafi government which will find themselves under the control of hostile forces.”

In other words, the key question perceived by the major powers is resurrecting the apparatus of the Qadhafi regime under new, and presumably more pliant, Al Qaeda management.

As for the “agreed military tasks,” primary among them would be disarming the population !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The document adds that if the stabilization of Tripoli requires more “robust international assistance,” this would be beyond the UN’s capabilities.

In that case, it states, “the only viable option to ensure a safe environment in Tripoli are the transitional authorities themselves (Al Qaeda), with the advice of those who are already assisting or advising them.” (NATO)

It continues: “The Security Council’s ‘protection of civilians’ mandate implemented by NATO forces does not end with the fall of the Gaddafi government, and there, NATO would continue to have some responsibilities.”

The clear implication is that should NATO see the necessity of deploying ground troops in Libya for the purpose of “restoring order,” it could claim to be implementing the UN Security Council resolution for “protection of civilians,” even as it suppressed civilian opposition to a new Western-backed puppet regime.

Some have suggested that this dirty work be contracted out to Arab regimes, such as Qatar or the United Arab Emirates, likely bolstered by Al Qaeda mercenaries hired through military contractors.

The CNT’s Jalil has called for any foreign troops to be “Arab or Islamic.” (AL QAEDA)
