USA – Fluoride debate coming to Tarpon on April 17
TBO – The practical impact of next month’s discussion in Tarpon Springs on water fluorination likely not be seen for a number of years. But given the debate over the topic in Pinellas County, city officials want to get a head start on the decision. City Manager Mark LeCouris told commissioners and staff last Tuesday evening that the issue of whether the city will fluoridate the drinking water it produces will be on the April 17 city commission agenda for discussion but not official action.
