Former Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura said he would now refer to the country of his birth as the “Fascist States of America” after a judge dismissed his case challenging airport pat downs, adding that his only recourse now would be to run for President.
“Ventura made his comments outside the federal courthouse in St. Paul, where in January he sued to challenge the Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) airport security procedures,” reports the Minneapolis Star Tribune. “The suit was thrown out because Congress set up the law so that all such challenges must be brought directly in Circuit Courts of Appeals, wrote U.S. District Judge Susan Richard Nelson.”
“They said they don’t have jurisdiction,” Ventura told reporters. “Well my question is if the federal courts don’t have jurisdiction over a constitutional question then who the hell does?”
A further detail that Ventura revealed on the Alex Jones Show which has not been picked up by mainstream media reports is the fact that Ventura’s lawyer was told he could not even look at the ruling due to “national security” concerns.
Speaking to the Alex Jones Show today, Ventura spoke of his fury about how an American citizen was not even allowed to go to court to defend the Bill of Rights, adding that from now on he would refer to the U.S. as the “Fascist States of America” and would refuse to stand for the national anthem.
Vowing to “never fly commercial” again, Ventura gave a passionate press conference today, expressing his anger at TSA grope down procedures that force people like himself with metal implants to go through humiliating pat downs every time they pass through airport security.

“I want a trial by jury. They tell me I can have a jury decide my fate!” Ventura said, refering to the judge who dismissed the case as a “coward”. “If given a jury, I will win,” he added.
Ventura said the fact that he would have to go to the lengths of becoming President simply to have his day in court with the TSA was ridiculous. Asked by a reporter whether he was planning to run, Ventura responded, “I’m thinking about it.”
“I will not, in a free country, be treated like a criminal,” said Ventura, adding that he and his wife intended to apply for Mexican citizenship.
Referring to 9/11, Ventura questioned the reasoning behind the whole war on terror. “George Bush said we were attacked because they were jealous of our freedoms. So we take away our freedoms so they won’t be jealous anymore?” he said. “I think they’re winning.”
During his interview on the Alex Jones Show, Ventura put out a ‘come and get me’ plea to the Libertarian Party, indicating that he will run for President if they approach him. Ventura has also said he would seriously consider being Ron Paul’s Vice-President pick if the Congressman was successful in the Republican nomination or if Paul ran as the Libertarian Party candidate.

There is no question of which court has jurisdiction. If the Civilian Court does not have jurisdiction then the Military Court does.
There are no other options. And, with that said, Civilian Courts are still fully operative and functioning, therefore, Civilian Court has jurisdiction .

The judge informed you that the court in which the suit was filed had no jurisdiction and informed you of which court does. For the court to rule in that instance would mean nothing and do you a disservice.
Now you hit the small bump in the road that always happens when dealing with courts and lawsuits and now you just file accordingly…correctly.
If you should be pissed, then be pissed at your attorney who should have been informed enough to know which court had jurisdiction in the matter and did it right the first time.

That is a good question and one that I addressed in my previous post.
To file in a court with no jurisdiction to hear your case is the fault of yourself for not knowing, but mostly…your attorney for not knowing.
Unless you knew this in the first place and just wanted an excuse to look like your kicking ass and then cry foul…for publicity’s sake.
Attorney incompetence is the most likely reason.
But then when you read all the pro-wrestling-esque spew from Jesse…it kind of makes it look a bit suspicious. Maybe just covering the embarrassment a bit and nothing more nefarious than that.

Jesse should be able to have his trial by jury anywhere and anytime against the TSA. The judges,courts and TSA can NOT discriminate or try manipulation by Rule of Law when their is no law or rule. Let me get this right.
Jesse’s attorney files suit against the government in a court overseen by a judge’s ruling.
The judge declares that the court does not have jurisdiction, but that there is a proper court that does.
You now exit the court pissed off, claiming you now want a trial by jury, which was something you did not even pursue in the first place at the very beginning.

Getting a real constitutional abiding president would be great, All this effort by Ron Paul,should be aiming local as well as the presidency, where every state house seat , every sheriff.mayors and governers. A patriotic, sound money, constitution abiding 3rd Party, Have one candidate contest and run for all local offices and not against one an other,.
Wouldnt be a Very costly dangerous loss of opportunity not to put all this effort at the local level too. the whole damn dynamic of this world enslavement is centralizers of power versus the locals and individuals. Ron Paul , Ventura should be 3rd party and even if the presidency id not won, they could help hundreds of small local election be won,continue to resist on county level. its getting very late

Seems to me that the judge used the coward approach on this case.
The federal court have jurisdiction on all maters related to constitutional law.
Federal judges are humans elected by politicians. Thus their loyalty is with them. Normally they would have seeing it at then decided whatever their masters have told them. But Ventura is a high profile (and very openly spoken) subject. So they could not simply do that. Instead the judge choose the coward way, stating no jurisdiction. Thus passing the hot potato to the next judge.
