Awake Goy As we move closer to the 2016 United States presidential elections, it appears as if Bernie Sanders has become a heavy favourite. This popularity may not be enough, however, as Hillary Clinton’s path to the presidency may have already been carved out, rendering the millions of voters who participate in this so-called democratic process powerless to influence the outcome of the race. But if Clinton wins this year despite the overwhelming support for Sanders, perhaps it will serve as a catalyst to ‘wake people up.’

The idea that elections in the United States are rigged is not a new one. In fact, Ron Paul, a three-time presidential candidate and longtime politician, recently made an appearance on RT News saying that elections are a giant ‘charade,’ arguing that elections are rigged and voting serves only to pacify the masses.
Even Bernie Sanders himself has publicly stated that the outcome of the presidential race will essentially be meaningless, because corporate America and the big banks will block any significant initiative they try to take.
In the informative video below, journalist Abby Martin of The Empire Files tells it like it is, explaining that Hillary Clinton is the top pick by big corporations to keep the American empire running. This isn’t a secret; the Clinton’s have always kept close company with billionaires, as the recent Wikileaks release of her emails, among other evidence, has made clear. The Clinton’s are closely acquainted with the Rothschilds, and various communications between them were shared in the leaks.

In fact, every layer of Hillary’s career shows why, far from being a candidate of the people, she’s the top pick by corporations to do the real job of any US president: be the CEO of the Empire, and they’re working hard to keep her on that path to the throne.
She goes on to emphasize one of the most important facts for anybody following this campaign to recognize, which is that the super delegate process has completely destroyed democracy. There are about 400 pledged delegates divided by primary and caucus results, but there are an additional 700 super delegates, and they can vote against the people’s will to ensure nominees are handpicked party insiders.

A single vote of one of these super delegates is worth thousands of the average person. Doesn’t seem fair, does it? Many of these people are former and current members of Congress, and dozens more are corporate lobbyists for major corporations like Pfizer. More still actually lobby and fundraise for Clinton, though few people are aware of this. Others are oil lobbyists, representing KeyStone XL, or are paid by Clinton to attract more super delegate votes.

The corruption we are seeing within the presidential elections, and with US politics in general, has been going on for years now. It’s exciting to live in an era where more and more people are starting to realize it. That being said, I do like to think Bernie Sanders still has a chance, and if he is elected, there is no doubt he will cause some problems for the people who actually control America.
