Dear Federal Minister, FACS NSW Minister Pru Goward, FACS NSW Shadow Minister Linda Burney,
A Current Affair, Ray Hadley,

I am writing to you to let you know of an unconscionable breach of the safety of my nephews, by a woman in the Grafton office of FACS. this woman, who without consultation, without thought of the danger that these children may be in, or suffer, gave them back to their father, my brother, who is well known by very many as some one who is not at all mentally sound !

A list of the problems that have not been considered by Grafton FACS in this shocking travesty include…

that after their mother used her OWN medication to try and stay awake 24 hours a day, over ten days to be on guard against her psychotic husband… she finally broke down and was taken to hospital to recover…

This woman at Grafton FACS has then placed (mother of children)’s children into the hands of a man, who, although he is their father, has a long history of psychiatric dysfunction, sociopathy, violent stalking and dangerous consequences for those stalked, that he perpetrates on those who are undeserving of this attention.

This woman at Grafton FACS did not even ask at that time if there were any other family members close by, or available to take them, or even consider giving these children to ‘safe’ family members, even those in town who have specified ‘foster care credentials’…

She gave the children to a man who has an AVO taken out against him, part of which is about violence towards those very same children, and threatening and terrifying other children in the immediate neighbourhood, and surrounding area where the family have been living…

She has given the children to a man who has been refused a ‘Working with Children Registration’… He has also been refused his registration as a nurse two or three times, as he refuses to undergo a psychiatric evaluation… Swan Hill hospital has successfully bought quite a number of charges against him for harassment, stalking, threatening, and using their computers, to try and remain in secret while he was doing it all.

Grafton FACS has given these children to a man who has had his family and animals living in fear for a number of years of what he may unexpectedly do next to rule them…

This man has at his disposal and whim, a rifle that is being stored at the house of another convicted felon, by the name of **** who has been recently released from gaol for rape and threat, and whose home is not two doors away from these same children and the house he has taken over now that he has managed to get Ann into hospital…

This is a man who is still constantly threatening his wifes’ family, and his own family when they do not do what he wants of them… I myself have a long list of degrading and sociopathic/psychotic emails that can be produced as evidence if need be, that attest to his sanity. His wife and I fear that he is a man who will come to the conclusion that if he can’t have the children then no one will… YES it is that bad and who KNOWS what may happen next !

He has been secretly filling out all his wives spare dangerous drug prescriptions (she is very ill) and stockpiling them where his wife has not known, until she threw him out of the house and found them, and he is often high and barely functional in the care of these children. Even his very young children have asked him at different times, what is wrong with his eyes, as they are so bloodshot and barely open, its a wonder that he can even see where he is going

This man is so unconcerned for his sons, one of whom has high functioning autism, and one is ADD, that he tells his son who is eight, to go and get his OWN Ritalin medication very morning, and he does NOT supervise him. This has worried *** who is often bed bound or in a wheelchair. WHERE is this mans OWN supervision ? WHO is checking on them ?

After his wife forced him to leave, he constantly stalked her residence, even with an AVO in place of fifty feet, he was hiding just over the fence, a mere five feet from the house, and watching every movement and listening to everything that was said. The house next door to his wife is empty, and belongs to a detective, but even this information did not inspire the police to search it at all, and there was indeed evidence of his being under the house, with empty cans of his favourite alcoholic beverage, and other things that were obviously his littered there.

This is a man who has always appeared to be so congenial and pleasant in public, but only those who have lived with him and dealt with him personally know the real truth…

These are not fabrications, or a whim to get our own way in this matter, this man is DANGEROUS, and should be in a gaol cell for the things he has done against his own family, the people he has swindled, His siblings he cheated out of their inheritance, the father he lied to to get that inheritance, the many people over the years he has connived against, on and on it goes…

This man ALWAYS makes sure that what he does is in secret, hidden away, and makes anyone else take the blame for the despicable things he has done… His siblings and the rest of the extensive family he personally has, do not want anything at all to do with him, but I am writing this to make sure his wife and children are safe and out of his extremely narcissistic and damaging grasp.

This needs to be rectified as soon as possible, before there are ANY tragic circumstances to be coped with by all the very large families involved…

I am sending this letter to the Federal Minister, NSW Minister, FACS NSW Minister Pru Goward,  FACS NSW Shadow Minister Linda Burney, A Current Affair, Ray Hadley, (who has personal experience of ***) all the news channels, and it will be used in court as to the real welfare of these children… as will the stockpile of emails he has written to me and many other family over the years.
