FAKE NEWS for the Zionist agenda CHICAGO (AP) — A Pakistani-born Chicago taxi driver who pleaded guilty to attempting to send money to a terrorist with alleged ties to al-Qaida will be sentenced.
Raja Lahrasib Khan will be sentenced Friday in a federal court in Chicago. Khan changed his plea to guilty in February in an agreement with federal prosecutors. Khan pleaded guilty to one count of attempting to provide material support to terrorism by sending cash to Pakistan-based terrorist leader Ilyas Kashmiri.
The agreement recommends a sentence of between five and eight years, well short of the maximum 15 years.
Khan has been held in a federal jail in Chicago since his arrest two years ago.
The prosecutors’ case hinged on secret recordings of Khan and undercover agents, some taking place in Khan’s taxicab.
