As the major media now reports rising cases of child flu coming out of China, observers note that Bill Gates and the World Health Organization (WHO) in October 2022 conducted another simulation of a global pandemic in which children are especially vulnerable.
The “global challenge exercise” dubbed “Catastrophic Contagion,” involved a novel pathogen called “severe epidemic enterovirus respiratory syndrome 2025” (SEERS-25), which primarily affects children and teens.

Another Gates-sponsored simulation, Event 201, took place in New York on Oct. 18, 2019. Event 201 uncannily foresaw a bat-origin coronavirus pandemic, However, the first documented cases of a new bat-based respiratory illness from caves in Wuhan were not until December 12, 2019, nearly two months later.
Event 201 was also sponsored by the World Economic Forum.
In 2021 in an interview, Gates made the mysterious, much commented-upon remark that the “next” pandemic “WILL get attention.”

“The Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security partnered with the World Health Organization and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to conduct “Catastrophic Contagion,” an exercise to simulate a global pandemic that is deadlier than the coronovirus and especially dangerous for children.
Bill Gates was in attendance.
The group conducted Catastrophic Contagion in Brussels, Belgium on October 23, 2022.
During the simulation, the World Health Organization’s health advisory board addressed a fictional “Severe Epidemic Enterovirus Respiratory Syndrome” pandemic that originates in Brazil and disseminates across the globe…
A pundit named Jeanne Meserve of GNN, a fictional news outlet, is seen in footage from the pandemic simulation announcing the high death toll, particularly among children, from the pandemic that would have been prevented if countries adopted pandemic operational drills and adhered to the WHO’s pandemic guidances.
“As of today, there have been an estimated 1 billion cases worldwide with more than 20 million deaths, including nearly 15 million children. Countless millions are alive, but left with paralysis or brain damage,” Meserve notes.
“The most successful countries are those which invested in preparedness and trained for this moment years in advance,” she continues. “This included having full-time pandemic preparedness and response teams which conducted detailed operational planning and routinely tested those plans through exercises and drills. The pandemic simulation took place as controversy raged and still rages over a WHO international pandemic treaty, pushed by the Biden administration, which would give WHO unprecedented powers upon WHO’s declaration of a pandemic, including the power to order lockdowns, mandatory vaccinations, and digital proof of vaccination passports, making WHO the:
“directing and coordinating authority on international health work, in pandemic prevention, preparedness, response and recovery of health systems, and in convening and generating scientific evidence…”
The major media has adopted the posture toward the treaty of blatantly lying about the impact of the treaty, in an attempt to lull the public. A major concern is that the binding treaty would eliminate US sovereignty. But although the treaty contains language deceptively designed to assuage concerns, in the end, the treaty’s provisions are binding on pain of international sanctions if the WHO unilaterally decides that a country’s pandemic policies:
“cause damage to their peoples and other countries.” (Article 4, Section 3 of the draft agreement)
Liberal, Harvard educated law professor Francis Boyle calls the looming treaty, opposed by many Republicans, “fatally dangerous,” because, says Boyle, it would:
“set up a worldwide medical police state under the control of the WHO,”
Most worrisome of all to some, as the world’s largest contributor to WHO, more even than the US when the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the Gates-founded GAVI contributions are combined, Bill Gates would become the world’s most powerful man, able to dictate world pandemic policy to his flunkie and admirer, WHO director-general Tedros Ghebreyesus, who like Gates is not a doctor.
Tedros, in fact, is a member of a US State Department terrorist list organization, the Ethiopian Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPFL.)
