Once again, Congress has ignored the will of the people.
For weeks it has been obvious that millions of Americans are steadfastly opposed to CISPA, the so-called cybersecurity legislation passed by the House last night that will allow the government to surveil Americans and deny them Fourth Amendment protection while on the internet.
Congressional leaders and members have come up with all kinds of lame excuses in order to push the bill through, including the absurd claim made by the House Majority leader that CISPA will create jobs.
Our supposed “representatives” need to hear from you about their traitorous effort to subvert and undermine the Constitution.
Follow this link to Govtrack to see if your Congress critter voted for or against H.R. 3523, the Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act. If they did, let them know you will not sit idle and allow them to trash our constitutional rights.
Stories pointing out how CISPA destroys the Fourth Amendment – something the establishment media has all but ignored – need to go viral before the bill makes it to the Senate for a vote.
If the Senate is barraged with demands that CISPA be tossed before it can reach Obama’s desk, we may still stand a chance of foiling this draconian police state effort.

Being from New Hampshire I cannot understand Charlie Bass voting for CISPA. He was against bills like SOPA for example which would have provided similar powers under the guise of copyright protection.
Now there are some here like LibertyHound calling for violence when that is only a last resort. The Constitution is the highest law of the land and no law shall circumvent or supersede it. All we need to do as Americans is not recognize any laws that violate the Constitution. That is how thousands on top of thousands of Americans for example do not pay their taxes and never have been prosecuted for it and this is including a large number of former IRS agents who are doing this.
Remember the laws of this nation are not here to govern us as the Founding Fathers all clearly stated. They are here to limit the powers of government and the state of government in this nation is the direct result of us letting it happen, all of us, and we have no one to blame but ourselves for letting this fascism take hold in this country.

Instead of refuting the facts I have presented or backing them up, you prove with a response like this that there has been a deliberate dumbing down of Americans and it has worked better then expected when it comes to yourself.
How do you think illegal laws have been proven as such up until today? Let me tell you. The people take a stand and say they will not recognize them. They fight them in the courts of law and public opinion. They rally other Americans to stand up against them. That is why the Draft ended for example which was replaced with a similar thing with a different name to side step the lack of legality. That is how segregation was ended as well.
You are pathetic proof of what America and Americans are coming to.
When the citizens of the USA SHOULD see all of the votes being NO – we look at the actual voting record of our so-called reps in WA WA land voting YES on such a devastating bill. It’s like they are blind, deaf and so g-damned dumb that they should never hold a position in our gov’t let alone anywhere else where they can vote to destroy their own country. People are so disgusted with the behavior in WA that we want to crush your insane dreams for our country just as you are crushing the life out of everyone in the USA. This bill was a no-brainer – so are all the other bills that have been signed that take away all of our rights. We hate this administration and that will spur the citizens to rid ourselves of the disease called WA gov’t.

I read somewhere where if a country lacks strict rule of law corruption and it’s patronage will take hold. The rule of law in the US are the Constitution and the Bill of Rights and whatever prescriptive laws mitigate state and federal policy. Local authority takes up it’s end.
With OGRES clearly in the wings statedly poised to circumvent the Bill of Rights and collapse US domestic and economic infrastructures (by mistakes and misunderstandings ANAI) one has to wonder about how these monsters are actually even getting votes. Folks, sleepy heads, dumb fucks, however you define yourselves, the US is under siege from a neopolitical entity that is, once again, CIRCUMVENTING THE BILL OF RIGHTS and COLLAPSING US DOMESTIC AND ECONOMIC INFRASTRUCTURES. Is there some feature of this phenomenon you feel particularly close to that you are willing to throw support for a monster who is in the process of routing you into FEMA camps? DO YOU NOT SEE THE PROBLEM WITH TSA? WHERE THE FUCK IS YOUR BRAIN?
We know Obama’s game. He’s a British national (the O in OGRES) and isn’t even qualified to be a US president let alone lead a nation into war in the Middle East. His administration is going to go down as the first ever to have led a nation off the face of the earth on a backdrop of a phony education and birth documents, neither of which authenticate his integrity. In this scenario, the nation of integrity was taken down by an individual whose lack of it is the stuff of legends, and people are flocking to this sociopath like he’s some kind of knight in shining armor. Knight of t he Garter, yes, but not a Knight principled on the US constitution.
Obama magic is his willingness to lie, whatever bliss issuing in the minds of his supporters a delusional state of mind commensurate with the audience of a soap opera. And, like cheap theater, Obama’s presidency will eventually end up among the fading pages of accumulating heaps of TV guide where one of these remains open to the constant press of seasonal exposure, Osama Bin Laden having been dead for a decade somehow having been resurrected, recaptured, assassinated by a SEAL team that somehow fell to a misfortune leaving no traceable shred of truth to this fiasco and YOU having lived through a re-creation of the story of mythical Biblical character, Jesus. You yawn, scratch your ass, grunt and vote neo, which is a disaster.
Then again, if you do reality, you’re aware Obama’s phony Bin Laden fiasco was lofted to shield him from accountability for his roll in the kidnapping for torture of Brittanee Drexel, Megan Maxwell, Holly Bobo and eventually Lauren Spierer. HE was exposed April 22 and lofted Bin Laden May 1. That’d be judicial theater if America was healthy, but it’s not. We’ve got a president that’s made his career on occult rendition, and people don’t see it. They don’t fucking make the connection because they don’t want to think for themselves. Rule of law? What rule of law? Corruption and patronage. You don’t get salvation in these circumstances. You get Orwellian Hell, your opportunity to experience first hand what it’s like to live and die in a utopian fantasy completely controlled by a tyrant. No reflection upon your liberty and freedom. No foresight or predictive ability to navigate your future. Just a life in a domestic test tube where when you begin to feel your constraining circumstances you awaken, tap on the glass and suddenly realize you’re fucked.
Speaking of sleaze and a lab rat life style, Romney, the perpetually smiling RE in OGRES, is claiming he’s a staunch 2nd amendment supporter, in so far as he plans to rewrite this law to make it “appropriate” to today’s citizen. How do you look at someone like this and decide to vote for him? He supports the Bill of Rights but wants to change it? ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR FUCKING MIND? In a way, you are, because like with Obama, it’s easier for you to let this monster make decisions for you rather than you think for yourself. The thing is you let them get away with this and they own you.
I’ve had arguments with people over this. People actually believe the constitution will hold these sociopaths to the line. One fellow’s explanation is comical, “If they’re corrupt the constitution will ferret them out. It’s the constitution, man!” Another is tragic, “I thought if I voted for Obama he would restore hope in America.” OMG! Necromancy coming at ya, folks! Hide your children!

CISPA Legislation Is Disguised—Fascism
CISPA the Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act if signed into law will allow——the military and NSA warrant-less spying on Americans’ confidential electronic Communications; any transmitted private information circumventing the fourth amendment. CISPA will allow any self-protected cyber entity to share with the Feds any person’s private information that might allegedly relate to a cyber threat or crime. Considering the U.S. Government’s current business relationship with telephone and Internet companies, it should be expected the feds would use CISPA to gain unprecedented access to lawful Americans’ private electronic communications. Almost every week news media reports corrupt police arrested for selling drugs, taking bribes and perjury. It is foreseeable that broad provisions in CISPA that call for private businesses / cyber entities to share with Spy Agencies confidential information will open the door for corrupt government and police to sell a corporations’ confidential information to its competitors, foreign government and others. CISPA provides insufficient safeguards to control disposition of (shared) confidential corporate / cyber entity information, including confidential information shared by spy agencies with private entities derived from spying on Americans.
The recently House Passed Cyber Security Bill overrides the Fourth Amendment. Government may use against Americans in Criminal, Civil and Administrative courts (any information) derived from CISPA warrant-less spying.
CISPA will open the door for U.S. Government spy agencies such as NSA; the FBI; government asset forfeiture contractors, any private entity (to take out of context) any innocent—hastily written email, fax or phone call to allege a crime or violation was committed to cause a person’s arrest, assess fines and or civilly forfeit a business or property. There are more than 350 laws and violations that can subject property to government asset forfeiture. Government civil asset forfeiture requires only a civil preponderance of evidence for police to forfeit property, little more than hearsay.
CISPA (warrant-less electronic surveillance) will enable the U.S. Justice Department to bypass the Fourth Amendment, use information extracted from CISPA electronic surveillance) of Americans’ Web Server Records, Internet Activity, transmitted emails, faxes, and phone calls to issue subpoenas in hopes of finding evidence or to prosecute Citizens for any alleged crime or violation. If the current CISPA is signed into law it is problematic federal, state and local law enforcement agencies and private government contractors will want access to prior Bush II NSA and other government illegally obtained electronic records to secure evidence to arrest Americans; civilly forfeit their homes, businesses and other assets under Title 18USC and other laws. Of obvious concern, what happens to fair justice in America if police become dependent on “Asset Forfeiture” to help pay their salaries and budget operating costs?
Note: the passed “Civil Asset Forfeiture Reform Act of 2000” (effectively eliminated) the “five year statue of limitations” for Government Civil Asset Forfeiture of property: the statute now runs five years (from the date) police allege they “learned” an asset became subject to forfeiture. If CISPA takes affect, allows (no warrant) electronic government surveillance of Americans, it is expected CISPA will be used by government not only to thwart cyber threats, but to aggressively prosecute Americans and businesses for any alleged crime: U.S. Government spy and police agencies; quasi government contractors for profit, will relentlessly sift through Citizen and businesses’ (government retained Internet data), emails and phone communications) to discover possible crimes or civil violations. A corrupt U.S. Government Administration too easily use CISPA no-warrant-seized emails, faxes, Internet data and phone call information) to target, blackmail and extort its political opposition; target any Citizen, corporation and others in the manner Hitler used his Nazi passed legislation that permitted no-warrant Nazi police searches and seizure of Citizens and businesses or to extort support for the Nazi fascist government. Hitler Nazi Laws made it possible for the Nazis to strong-arm German parliament to pass Hitler’s 1933 Discriminatory Decrees that suspended the Constitutional Freedoms of German Citizens. History shows how that turned out.
