A 21-year-old woman found dead in a northern Sydney unit by her neighbour has been identified.
She has been named as Holly Francis-Burroughs.
Her family, who live overseas, have been notified, NSW Police said in a statement on Friday night.
Police were called to her studio apartment on Dora Street in Marsfield about 9.30am (AEST) on Thursday after her neighbour found her body.
A post-mortem examination on Friday failed to conclusively determine a cause of death.
Investigators are now awaiting toxicology results, which may take up to six weeks.
The death is still being treated as suspicious and investigations are continuing.
