A Federal judge in the US has ruled Washington cannot indefinitely detain Americans suspected of having terrorist ties unless they have been found in connection with the September Eleventh attacks. It comes just six months after President Obama signed the National Defense Authorization Act, which would have allowed American citizens to be held without trial or charge. The judge initially ruled the act was unconstitutional last month, but the Obama administration asked her to reconsider the ruling. Attorney Carl Mayer says the act threatened Americans’ basic freedoms.

Why are there any exceptions? He just made this up!
And what he said was meaningless anyway. They may not “indefinitely” detain you. So how long is that? A month? A year? Twenty years?
It’s just another gray area for lawyers!
@Barack Obama HAHAHA S.1867.1021 is pancaking like Hardin did. So much for your ability to self-protect against lawful process for your involvement in the state sponsored abductions of Crystal Hall, Brittanee Drexel, Megan Maxwell, Paige Johnson, Holly Bobo, Lauren Spierer, Katelyn Markham and Karen Swift, you fucking Drac! Kidnap the kid, hang your ass. It’s so coming. You’re so fucked. Shape shift yourself out of THAT, you fraud!
OMG!
A judge that did their job!
I am pleasantly surpirsed and heartend that there are still true americans in positions of power.
But, since Obammy haz already said he does NOT abide by decisions he does not like and has told the supremes “what are you gonna do about it” he knows they have ZERO power to enfoce their findings and decisions.
This is meaningless. The executive branch has been telling the judicial branch for years they can make all the rulings they want, but the rulings will simply be ignored. Count on tyranny folks. Stay armed at all times.
they are openly (if you know where to look) saying they are going to kill us. ndaa, radiation!, gmo’s, vaccines, medicines, etc., etc., etc…
what’s on t.v. tonight?
