Russian military announced Thursday they have successfully test-fired a new version of the Topol-M series codenamed RS-12M.
The rocket, an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM), was fired from a military base in southeast Russia, Interfax news agency quoted military sources as saying.The missile hit its target in Kazakhstan republic in central Asia precisely.
The new generation of the Topol-M family aims to counter the US-developed missile shield system being deployed in Western countries.
It will be the mainstay of the Russian Strategic Missile Troops, according to the report.

They have enough waste of their own. It isn’t like they’re going to make a bomb out of just ours.
Is there ANY technical data to back-up this “new missle” claim?
How does anyone know that this was not some aged atlas II wannabe from the 1950′s?
All you got is ground footage from a bunch of scared rabbits showing a light in the sky at (gasp) night!
How about some follow-ups from your keyboard-warriors to flesh out some details that are meaningful rather than just acting like a parrot and repeating what the commies in charge are saying???
