A journalist podcaster exploding in popularity who was President Trump’s chief-of-staff for a short time has been charged again, this time regarding funds raised for a Build the Wall initiative. Steve Bannon denies all charges. Bannon has been previously SWATTED three times, SWATTING is the calling in of a false emergency report, such as a bomb threat or shooting, which sends armed federal agents to a person’s address in the hopes of getting the individual shot in the process.
In the latest FBI action, Bannon turned himself in. From the courthouse steps Bannon spoke calling the FBI a tool of the Biden administration which betrayed a siege mentality among the administration, as November midterm elections approached and training was in progress for legal observer roles, provided for in every state.
A defiant Bannon urged citizens to push forward with legal involvement to ensure the upcoming elections were free of election fraud.
Bannon interviews a wide variety of guests o his show with different political backgrounds. He recently interviewed former Bill Clinton campaign staffer Naomi Wolf on her warning to pregnant women regarding the COVID Injections. The UK government recently called a halt to COVID shots for children under age 16.

On a Bannon War Room podcast, a NM law professor, former prosecutor, and election integrity activist said that acting locally, at the County election commission level, is the key for anyone wishing to help prevent voter fraud in the upcoming midterm elections, by demanding of county commissioners that they ban the use of vote counting machines such as Dominion and ES&S, in favor of hand counting ballots, Ballots are counted by hand in Germany, Canada, France, Ireland, Italy, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, and at least 53 other countries.
Also high on the list of confidence-building safeguards against systemic election fraud is the public observation of the signature verification process for mail-in ballots, an area which was especially contentious in the 2020 presidential election.
In the 2020 report “Signature Verification and Mail Ballots: Guaranteeing Access While Preserving Integrity: A Case Study of California’s Every Vote Counts Act,” a Stanford University Law School team recommends that election officials should:
“Ensure public observers have sufficient access to the signature verification process. Public observers must be allowed “sufficiently close access” to verify whether county officials are following established procedures for verifying whether ballot return ID envelope signatures match those in a voter’s registration file.”
This would mean that an observer from each political party would have “sufficiently close access” to discern whether a signature matched or not. Where there are questions, further contact with the voter by the election department is warranted.
The NM law professor, David Clements, of Las Cruces, says that voters can “save the country, by fixing their county.”
He urges citizens to confront their county election with clear demands to earn back the trust of voters in US elections, which is at an all-time low.
As controversy rages over mail-in voting, none other than Jimmy Carter has warned that large numbers of mail-in ballots are a recipe for mischief, saying:
“Absentee ballots remain the largest source of potential voter fraud”.
According to Ballotpedia, in the US ballots are hand-counted in some counties in Alaska, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New Hampshire, Texas, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. This list now includes counties in NM (Otero County) and Nevada (Nye and Esmeralda Counties. )

The Most Comprehensive Summary of 2020 Election Fraud Allegations, Data, and Evidence

One irony is the characterization of Dominion bans as a “right-wing” cause, when up until recently it was considered relatively nonpartisan. In a 2016 report, “An Electoral System in Crisis,” election integrity activists noted that in the Illinois Democratic primary between Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton, an unusual trend may have indicated vote-counting machine fraud.
The authors of “An Electoral System in Crisis” called for a full hand count “where paper ballots are available..” They wrote:
“It is hard to conceive of a legitimate transfer of power following an election that has been this flawed. We recommend that many of these elections be examined, and if found to be inaccurate, decertified.”
Another non-partisan election integrity organization, AUDITElectionsUSA, noted that in Massachusetts, a key liberal state in the Democratic primary election schedule, Sanders polled 17% higher in hand-counted precincts than in machine counted ones. AUDITElectionsUSA then jumped into the fray recommending:
“What would be powerful … would be the selection of a few suspect precincts for full hand-count to compare with the Dominion numbers.”
Even CNN acknowledges “vulnerabilities” in machine vote-counting systems like Dominion, albeit with the cold comfort that, as far as we know, they have never been exploited. Nevertheless, reverting to hand-counting ballots is portrayed as the latest right-wing chew bone.
A June 2022 US Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency report concludes, according to CNN:
“Federal cybersecurity officials have verified there are software vulnerabilities in certain ballot-marking devices made by Dominion Voting Systems, discovered during a controversial Georgia court case, which could in theory allow a malicious actor to tamper with the devices, according to a draft analysis reviewed by CNN.…The vulnerabilities have never been exploited in an election….”
In 2016 another citizens’ group, ElectionJusticeUSA.org, issued a scathing report, Democracy Lost, which suggested that Bernie Sanders did not get a fair shake in the 2016 Democratic primaries. The report’s first concluding recommendation was “Exclusive use of hand-counted paper ballots in all future US elections.”
In the 2006 HBO documentary Hacking Democracy, computer scientist Harry Hursti gave an early demonstration of how shockingly easy it is to hack into a vote tabulation machine and change the outcome of a race. The demonstration became known as the Hursti Hack.

Finally, in one of the most startling revelations of the 2016 election season, a clever programmer discovered that vote-counting machines can count fractions of a vote, rather than only integers, a puzzling capability unless one wants to decide a margin of victory ahead of time, and then reverse engineer to the numbers of votes. He called his demonstration “Fraction Magic.”

4 out of the 5 key swing states, and no place else, showed all-for-Biden vote spokes of 100,000 to 160,000 votes added to Biden’s totals in the wee hours of November 4. the same nearly impossible pattern is what puts the nail in the coffin.
These swing states were WI, MI, PA, GA,. The fifth swing state was AZ.
That the spikes took place is not in dispute. The Reuters writes:
“The vote spikes did occur, but they were not only Biden votes and can be explained by pro-Biden county vote dumps and a clerical error.”
Despite the assertion that the vertical line jumps were not all votes for Biden, that is exactly what a vertical line in a graph means. However, this misses the larger point. If such massive vote spike can be explained and are not abnormal, why did they occur only in the swing states, four out of five of them?

Court Cases Found No Evidence of Fraud, Because the Evidence was Never Heard
It is often repeated that numerous court cases filed by the Trump campaign and numerous audits “found no evidence of fraud,” but that is to be expected if the evidence is never heard, or an audit deliberately looks in the wrong places.
In Georgia, the Trump campaign has repeatedly asked for a full mail-in ballot signature verification of Fulton County (Atlanta.). To this day none has ever been performed.
In the case of Arizona, the conclusion made by the authors of one of the most thorough audits performed does not reflect the shocking discrepancies uncovered. Under enormous political pressure, and even threats according to Cyber Ninjas CEO Doug Logan, the Cyber Ninjas Maricopa County report concludes tepidly:
““What has been found is both encouraging and revealing. On the positive side there were no substantial differences between the hand count of the ballots provided and the official election canvass results for Maricopa County.“
Nevertheless the report found:
- Over 50,000 ballots suffer from serious issues, over 23,000 of those being mail-in ballots from voters who had moved prior to the election. Mail-in ballots in AZ must be received by mail. They cannot be picked up at the election department.
• “Logs appeared to be intentionally rolled over, and all the data in the database related to the 2020 General Election had been fully cleared.”
• “Ballot images on the EMS were corrupt or missing.”
- “Files were missing from the Election Management System (EMS) Server.”
- The audit could not find an identity match on 86,391 people, in federal, state, USPS, or private databases. These are referred to as “ghost” voters.

Nevertheless, the report was portrayed as a vindication for the 2020 Biden vote in Arizona.
In Wayne County (Detroit), Michigan, one of the key swing states, GOP certifiers were sent texts of dead, naked women along with threats to daughters. A suspect was found and convicted. But although the GOP certification officials signed affidavits wishing to recant their votes to certify the results, Michigan remains certified in the Biden column.
Other 2020 issues which have never been addressed are:
- In Wisconsin, another key swing state, a state judge has ruled that drop-boxes are illegal. As these constituted a significant share of the vote, and there is no way to tell if a ballot was a mail-in ballot, other states should demand WI be decertified until it holds a special election, or conduct a canvass of all of its registered citizens recorded as casting a vote, for a match-up to total votes cast, to reveal any “phantom” voters, as they say in the business.
- A court-sanctioned forensic audit of voting systems in Michigan’s Antrim County determined that crucial security and ballot-adjudication logs were missing from machines by Dominion Voting Systems. The logs were later found, by an attorney for citizens on a lawsuit against election officials, whose side knew more about computers, and could determine they had been intentionally scrubbed.
