The Proposed Legislation HB305/SB222 is the Most Important Civil Rights Legislation Since the Civil Rights Act of 1964!
Right now in Florida, innocent Americans are being routinely discriminated against in schools, hospitals, government offices, and even private businesses because of their vaccine status. This is a total violation of our inherent Civil Rights!
This is not an issue of health. If someone wants to get every vaccine and every booster available on the market, they should have the right to do so—likewise, if someone doesn’t want to get any vaccine, that is likewise their right and it is their private decision that nobody else has the right to pry into. Your health is your private business. And your vaccine or immunity status is your CHOICE to do with your body as you decide, and no one should ever be discriminated against for that. Likewise, no one should ever be forced by government or any other institution to force anything into their body they do not want.
The legislation HB305/SB222 that has been proposed in the Florida 2023 legislative session (right now), will prevent discrimination against Floridians by adding “vaccine and immunity status” to the existing Florida Civil Rights Statute. This effectively prevents future vaccine mandates, the use of “vaccine passports” also called “Slave Passports” (because they turn us into slaves who can’t travel or participate in society without “papers” like they used in the time of slavery), and it also prevents the implementation of a social credit system (sometimes called “ESG”) like they currently use in China to control their society.
