Not many folks truly understand real law.
There is no license to practice law.
Bar associations are private good ole boy clubs, not government departments or institutions.
Law schools do not teach perspective lawyers law, they teach proceedings of an adulterated illegal court system.
If you start trying to explain a real point of law to most lawyers they get that deer in the headlight look and decide you must be crazy as they can not understand a thing you are saying.
Because they do not understand real law.
They know court proceedings so they can fleece the sheep.

The last battle of the USA’s illegal war was fought in the Republic of Texas when Texican troops surrendered to the war criminal invaders who had been gang raping children, pregnant women, minister’s daughters, often to death,
digging up the dead to rob, thieving everything of value, burning grandpas & grandmas vive to death in their own homes,
leveling whole cities filled with non combatant civilians or just setting fire to whole cities
and Holocausting the innocent Non combatant children, women and old men with the flames.
After the USA illegally invaded, used terrorism against civilians to subdue the legal government of the Republic of Texas, the USA has NEVER removed their occupation troops.

One of the first points which invalidates ANY contract is being forced to accept the terms of a contract which you do not agree with or want to abide by.

Now, on to digital currency.
There is nothing digital currency can do which real money, gold or silver coins or paper bills redeemable by real gold and silver coins at ANY bank upon demand and presenting a paper bill backed by real money, gold or silver coins, can not do.
EXCEPT, get the people by the balls controlling and knowing every transaction which an individual makes and being able to cut off their purchasing power if the political whores
running the illegal side show masquerading as a “government” don’t like what the individual says or does.
That the Illegal sub corporation of the war criminal USA Corporation says they will back it by gold, is the carrot to use to try to get Texicans to accept a digital currency.
Once they are used to it that “gold backed” digital currency can go poof and disappear overnight making way for a Not federal, No reserve(s) and Not a bank fiat digital currency to replace it.
And just because a whore political promises you something does not mean they will not jerk that promise from underneath the people as soon as it serves their purpose to do so.
Men were promised a life time of free good medical care for serving twenty years in the USA armed forces.
While the veterans who did so were still alive, the USA presidents and congress started taking away, bit by bit real free medical care, giving sub standard care which the vet who had been promised free good medical care for life, had to start paying for, all the while the presidents and congress increased their good free medical care and increased the size of their golden parachute retirements.
In order to get the American people to accept the commie FDR’s Social Security pyramid scam, the USA political whores had to SWARE that social security number would never be used as a national identification number.

Still after going on 20 years out of the military, I can still fire off Last Name, Rate and Social Security number like machine gun fire.
And I will not set foot in a VA shit hole where vets are given sub standard medical care which parts of they must pay for and which kills many of them.
The “Tricare” of the retired vets must have a yearly fee paid until a certain age, and the vet must pay to keep Medicare Insurance to go along with then Tricare Insurance.

‘Texas Bill Would Create State-Issued Gold-Backed Digital Currency’

Bills introduced in the Texas House and Senate would create a state-issued, gold-backed digital currency. Enactment of this legislation would create an option for people to transact business in sound money, set the stage to undermine the Federal Reserve’s monopoly on money and create a viable alternative to a central bank digital currency (CBDC).
Sen. Bryan Hughes (R) introduced Senate Bill 2334 (SB2334) on March 10. Rep. Mark Dorazio (R) introduced a companion, House Bill 4903 (HB4903) on the same day. The legislation would require the state comptroller to establish a digital currency that is fully backed by gold and fully redeemable in cash or gold as well. The comptroller would also be required to create a mechanism to use this gold-backed digital currency in everyday transactions.
“In establishing the digital currency the comptroller shall establish a means to ensure that a person who holds the digital currency may readily transfer or assign the digital currency to any other person by electronic means.”
The state of Texas would hold gold backing the currency in trust on behalf of the digital currency holders.
“The trustee shall maintain enough gold to provide for the redemption in gold of all units of the digital currency that have been issued and are not yet redeemed for money or gold.”
In practice, individuals would be able to purchase digital currency from the state. The state would then use the money to purchase gold that would be held in the Texas Bullion Depository or another secure vault. Individuals would be able to redeem their digital currency for dollars or gold.
