WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — Kirby said the State Department will keep tracking the situation to decide if the delivery will trigger any response from Washington.
“We have not made yet any determination as to whether this delivery, if and when it’s completed, will trigger actions under US authorities. But we are continuing to look at this,” Kirby said when asked whether the transfer may trigger sanctions.
