A woman has been dragged from a taxi into bushes and sexually assaulted in Sydney’s inner west, police say.
The 23-year-old woman was sharing a taxi from Hyde Park to the intersection of Lilyfield and Victoria Roads in Rozelle at about 10pm on Saturday June 2.
Police say the the man she was sharing the taxi with forced her into nearby bushes and sexually assaulted her.
She managed to break free and run away a short time later.
Police have renewed their call for public assistance and want to speak to a man described as being of African appearance, more than 183cm tall with a thin build and short black hair.
