Cameron again pushing for the UK’s involvement in illegally bombing Syria

Cameron once again pushing for the UK to be involved in illegally bombing Syria, as indeed he did in early November and in 2014.

While indeed the UN Charter, Article 51, does allow for military action, without an UN Resolution, in the case of “Self Defence”, self defence only refers to an attack by one state on another and not an attack by a bunch of terrorists.

I don’t imagine for one moment that anyone can claim Syria has attacked the UK or any other NATO member although I suspect the 2 Syrian passports conveniently left by the terrorists in Paris might be used in that way. We now know of course that these passports were fake and “made in Turkey”.

It’s especially difficult for Cameron to use this terrorist operation in France to justify armed aggression against Syria since there’s ample evidence that the UK Government, along with France & the USA. has been arming funding & supporting terrorist groups allied with Al-Qaeda.

Cameron also wants Russia to stop blasting these terrorists into oblivion and instead of helping Assad he wants to protect the terrorists.

If Cameron continues he will be joining Blair as a war criminal but I guess he will take consolation in the fact that the Chilcot Enquiry is continuously delayed, once again thanks to Cameron

Nothing in the present Charter shall impair the inherent right of individual or collective self-defence if an armed attack occurs against a Member of the United Nations, until the Security Council has taken measures necessary to maintain international peace and security.
