A herd of deer have been darting in front of cars in southern Sydney.

Police say the deer most likely came from the Royal National Park or a nature reserve at nearby Kurnell.
A trained deer catcher and officers from the RSPCA were sent to the Sutherland Shire on Friday morning.
Motorists are being urged to drive slowly and keep an eye out for deer running out onto the road.
