The media continues to cover the “operations” of “Anonymous” uncritically. They continue to pretend as though this is some type of hidden power, ready to defend the global social justice movement from people who may hurt someone’s feelings.

Case in point: the alleged “hacker” group just “declared war” on Donald Trump.

The media refuses to lol.

Instead, they act like it’s all real.

The Independent:

Anonymous has declared war on Donald Trump over his hugely controversial proposal to ban Muslims from the US.

Supporters of the online group have posted a video online criticising the presidential hopeful’s comments. The group also appear to have briefly breaking the website for one of Mr Trump’s properties, the Trump Tower in New York.

In a video featuring a figure wearing the mask now associated with the group, supporters tell Mr Trump that by threatening to ban Muslims from the US he is playing into the hands of Isis.

“The more the United States appears to be targeting Muslims, not just radical Muslims, you can be sure that ISIS will be putting that on their social media campaign,” the video says.

“Donald Trump, think twice before you speak anything. You have been warned,” the video says.

Wow, they gave a warning. Makes the bones shiver.

By the way, I wrote a piece on the idea that you are supporting ISIS by being against Moslems. It’s a pretty good piece.

A History of Utter Failure

Anonymous’ last “operation,” entitled “OpISIS,” involved mass-reporting every twitter account with Arabic lettering on it. Maybe that is sort of funny, but in all honesty, if the accounts were in Arabic, they were probably the accounts of Arabs living in Arabia, so there isn’t really a good reason to harass them and make them go through the days-long process of getting their account restored.

Twitter eventually stopped responding to requests to shut down accounts with Arabic writing, as it was straining their systems. There was never any evidence that any of these accounts were run by ISIS.

They also complained and tried to have Cloudflare shutdown, as they said it was blocking them from ddosing ISIS.

The media took all of this very seriously.

Just to note here: making lists and mass-reporting accounts is not “hacking.”

The “operation” before that one was entitled “opKKK.” They claimed they had hacked the KKK and had lists of members.

This “operation” began by putting out fake lists of congressmen and claiming that they were in the KKK. The media took that seriously. They then released a long list of Facebook accounts which contained White Nationalist imagery.

The media tried to spin this, though even such Jews as those at VICE had to admit it was gay as hell, and that nothing had been hacked or leaked.

Their original list contained all of the aliases of Ben Garrison.

Once again: making a list of public Facebook accounts is not “hacking.”

The only “hacking” that “Anonymous” actually does is ddosing, which is not really actually hacking either – you just rent a botnet and enter an IP address.

What is Happening?

Presently, I am about 85% certain that this current incarnation of “Anonymous” is actually run by Nazi trolls. I think there are individuals with actual hacking skills, which have awed the scriptkiddies in these IRC channels, and are using the “organization” to make SJWs look retarded.

This is rather brilliant. And I salute those involved.

Manipulating the media on this level is quite a thing. Or at least it should be.
