Just sounds like incompetent commie bureaucrats have gone too far as usual, and the people on the ground know its all a PR joke. Typical Olympic committee over reach as they dictate all terms to the Gov.
I do think the gov is using the olympics as a cover for the buildup to a possible war, not a false flag, in my opinion.
