A 24-year-old man has been charged after allegedly attacking another man with a glass on Sydney’s lower north shore.
Following an altercation, the man allegedly smashed a schooner glass into the face of a 26-year-old at the Oaks Hotel in Neutral Bay just after midnight today.
The 26-year-old suffered serious lacerations to his face and was taken to Royal North Shore Hospital for treatment.
The 24-year-old Mosman man was charged with malicious wounding and ordered to appear at North Sydney Local Court on July 25.
The victim remains in hospital, where he may require surgery for his injuries.
