On his three-day economic bus tour of the Midwest, President Barack Obama said the federal health care law’s individual mandate, which requires every American to purchase health insurance, “should not be controversial.”
To date, 26 states have sued the federal government, arguing that the individual mandate is unconstitutional because the U.S. Constitution does not grant Congress the power to require Americans to purchase a good or service.
“Here’s the problem – if an insurance company has to take you, has to insure you, even if you’re sick but you don’t have an individual mandate, then what would everybody do? They would wait until they get sick and then you’d buy health insurance, right?” Obama told an audience at the first stop of his bus tour in Cannon Falls, Minnesota on Monday.

Insurance companies shouldn’t be part of the equation at all.
When are local government employees going to start paying their fair share of social security taxes(FICA)…these people not only get free or highly subsidized health care…….25% or 6 million public employees
are exempt from social security taxes…..the average public employee making $100,000 saves $6000 per year by NOT paying social security taxes….and most of them are cops, fire, teachers, and other local government….and many of them get free pensions….a free ride all the way
State and local government will pick up the Obamacare tab for these free loaders, while the private sector will be bullied by Nazi style Obamacare enforcers from the IRS

There are no records that prove he attended Harvard. No one remembers him and no one has seen his college transcripts. Its just like his phony birth certificate. I took the time to Read Corsis book on obamas alleged certificate. Corsi laid it out perfectly.

When the government mandates that we must have something, then it must also be the supplier of that something or commodity. Otherwise it comes off as collusion, which is a criminal offense. When the government colludes with private industry to force the citizens to purchase from that corporate interest, it is giving corporations undue interest and control over our lives.
Do you know why our economy fell apart? INSURANCE !! It has invaded every aspect of our lives, where we were convinced that our bets against the inevitable would pay off.
AIG, one of the biggest insurrers was about to go under because when large investors realize that things were about to fall apart, they “SHORTED” their bets with AIG. When things really got serious AIG could not pay off and thus lost their entire financial base. We the citizens had to pay up again to keep this “FLOAT” going.
What I am saying is that Insurance is a racket of USURY. Forcing people to pay for insurance is salvery at its worst, and cannot be allowed no matter how much it may look like a good thing that everyone is covered, but it boils down to this; WE HAVE BECOME SLAVES TO OUR SUPPOSED ALTRUISTIC AND COMPASSIONATE NATURES, where we think we must save every life and make everyone well. In this world humans are born and humans die ! GET OVER IT !!!
When you think that you deserve wonderful accolades because you saved a life, your ego is way out of bounds. When we use insurance to bolster our ego’s stance of saving lives it will always, and I mean always end in dissatisfaction because we cannot save ourselves from the inevitable, no matter how much we place on that bet !!!!!

Up until he was nominated, our ape-in-chief believed that the way to “solve” homelessness was to force homeowners who had a spare bedroom to take in the homeless, and take care of all their needs, as well.

Requiring that I pay you anything is illegal and you can come try, yes I said try, and take it from me. I haven’t paid you taxes in over 5 years I won’t pay this either hahaha.
If you had even half a brain (which you’ve proven time after time even my dog is smarter than you) you would get rid of all insurance and make repairs affordable. Whether its a hospital charging $25 for 2 asprin when its $2 for a bottle of 100 at the drug store is half the problem. I no longer take myself or children to the hospital because of this. Guess you’ll find a way to make that illegal soon too huh. Stop paying millions of dollars for car accidents and such where the recipiant would only have made that much in a lifetime if they won the lotto.
