Occupation murders 3 Palestinians, wounds more than 80

Days of Palestine, West Bank/Gaza Strip –Israeli occupation forces murdered on Friday three Palestinian citizens; two in the occupied West Bank and one in the Gaza Strip. They wounded more than 80 others.

Palestinian medical sources said that the Palestinian citizen Nash’at Asfour died in the hospital after desperately attempting to save his life.

Asfour, the medical sources said, was shot by an Israeli military sniper in the chest during anti-Israeli protests in the village of Sanjal, north-east of the West Bank city of Ramallah.

Earlier in the evening, the Palestinian citizen Mahmoud al-Agha, 25, was killed during anti-Israeli protests in the east of the Gaza Strip city of Khan Younis.

Witnesses said that Al-Agha was shot in the head and was quickly rushed to the hospital, but minutes after being admitted to the hospital, he was announced dead.

In the town of Silwad, north-east of the West Bank city of Ramallah, the Israeli occupation forces liquidated with cold blood the Palestinian citizen Mahmoud Ayyad, 21, after his car had collided and hit big cement rock.

The Israeli occupation army claimed that Ayyad attempted to run over Israeli soldiers, but witnesses stressed that there were no Israeli soldiers at the scene of the car accident.

Meanwhile, Palestinian medical sources said that more than 80 Palestinians were wounded during anti-Israeli protests in the occupied West Bank and the Gaza Strip.

Tension in the Palestinian territories started in the beginning of October after months of continuous Israeli aggression against Palestinians and violations against Palestinian facilities and holy sites.

An arson attack carried out by extremist Israeli Jewish settlers against a Palestinian family in the West Bank city of Nablus, which left parents and little baby burnt to death and another little boy is still in hospital, triggered the flames of tension.

Since then, more than 130 Palestinians have been killed by the Israeli forces and thousands others were wounded.
