Queen Elizabeth’s Australian visit reignites republic question

Australia’s head of state, Queen Elizabeth, is due to arrive in Canberra on Wednesday at the start of a 10-day national tour.

It’s the Queen’s 16th visit and there’s some speculation it may be her last.

The royal visit has reinvigorated the debate in this country about whether Australia should become a republic, and central to that is how younger people view the monarchy.
