Thumbs up! Watch Shaolin monk perform incredible one-finger stand (VIDEO)

The monk first supports himself with two hands on outstretched fingers, not using his palms as he throws his legs up against a board held by two other men. 

Then he removes one hand off the ground and balances himself into a full inversion using just his index finger for support.

The two-finger stand is more common, albeit still performed by very few in the world, but the one-finger stand is so rare many internet users still believe it’s a hoax. 

Shaolin Kung Fu is one of the oldest styles in Chinese martial arts – it’s over 1,500 years old.
