BREAKING: Look At What State Is Planning GUN CONFISCATION Starting January 1, 2016

California is an absolute cesspool of liberalism. What used to be one of the greatest states has turned into a Communist state thanks to the Democrats.

One new law allows the seizure of guns without notification if it is deemed that there is a “potential for violence.”

AB 1014 will permit family members to obtain a restraining order to keep relatives who might commit gun violence from owning a gun.

This is completely outrageous and unconstitutional. Let’s say 2 family members get in a fight over, well let’s say taking out the trash or doing the dishes. All this angry member has to do is make a phone call and the Gestapo will be knocking on your front door and taking your guns.

Gun-safety legislation going into effect in California next week will allow authorities to seize a person’s weapons for 21 days if a judge determines there’s potential for violence.

Proposed in the wake of a deadly May 2014 shooting rampage by Elliot Rodger, the bill provides family members with a means of having an emergency “gun violence restraining order” imposed against a loved one if they can convince a judge that allowing that person to possess a firearm “poses an immediate and present danger of causing personal injury to himself, herself or another by having in his or her custody or control.”

“The law gives us a vehicle to cause the person to surrender their weapons, to have a time out, if you will,” Los Angeles Police Department Assistant Chief Michael Moore told a local NPR affiliate. “It allows further examination of the person’s mental state.”

“It’s a short duration and it allows for due process,” he continued, adding: “It’s an opportunity for mental health professionals to provide an analysis of a person’s mental state.”

I have a huge problem with this. Namely, this violates the 2nd Amendment. And we are innocent until proven guilty. This is illegal.

Fortunately the Constitution trumps the state on this, therefore, the law is unconstitutional and should be struck down.

Unfortunately, Obama is president so the Federal government will gladly let this garbage fly. California sucks…
