One of the brothers arrested and charged with conspiring to murder Sydney businessman Michael McGurk will face court on Wednesday.
The brothers, aged 30 and 33, were arrested on Tuesday.
30-year-old Ahmad Samman faced Bankstown Local court on Tuesday.
His older brother is due to appear in Sutherland local court later on Wednesday.
Court documents say the pair agreed to kill Mr McGurk for $400,000, but failed on three separate occasions to carry out the shooting.
Five other men have already been charged over the murder, including property developer Ron Medich, who is been charged with murder and soliciting murder.
