Libyan officials said Moammar Gadhafi, who died of injuries he got in a clash with National Transitional Council troops, will be given a secret burial.

NTC officials said they are considering burying the longtime Libyan leader at sea to prevent his grave from becoming a shrine, the BBC reported Friday.

Acting Prime Minister Mahmoud Jibril said Gadhafi was shot in the head during an exchange of gunfire between Gadhafi loyalists and NTC fighters after he was captured Thursday in his hometown of Sirte.

His body should be preserved for at least as long as the Kennedy assassination records were sealed for … decades from now the body and DNA should be available for researchers, unless, of course, the criminals are attempting to hide more evidence …
I hate webtype, but OMG! Someone at work just yesterday jokingly suggested that Gaddafi would be buried at sea, ala- Bin Laden, and looky here, wow, what a coinkidink. These criminals simply never disappoint do they?

Arliss77 I am with you, but we are hit with so much disinformation that it’s hard to tell what’s what. In Orwell’s 1984 the state tells the people one day you are at war with East Asia then the next day you were never at war with East Asia. I beleive gaddafi is dead.
He was a threat to the establishment, africa was slowly beginning to rise because of the good gaddafi did so they took him out.
