The six Shia Muslims were killed on Thursday when unknown gunmen, riding motorcycles, opened fire at their vehicle in the Spini road area of Quetta, the provincial capital of Balochistan.
One woman was among the dead and three others were wounded during the attack.
Also, in the Mastung district of the Balochistan province, two employees of Food and Agriculture Organization were killed and another was injured when unknown assailants attacked their vehicle.
The attackers managed to escape from the scene. No group has yet claimed responsibility for the attack.
Meanwhile in the southern port city of Karachi, armed men killed four people and set fire to several vehicles late Wednesday.
Last month, a deadly attack in the mountainous region of Kohistan in northern Pakistan left 18 Shia Muslims dead.
