(Scroll down for video) A man was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol while wearing a breathalyzer test t-shirt, according to police reports in Wisconsin.
Bryan Wendler was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol for the sixth time, but this arrest caught national attention for the t-shirt he was wearing at the time.
Wendler was arrested on charges of drunken driving after deputies in Marathon County, Wisconsin, discovered the 30-year-old inside a parked Chevrolet Cavalier, in the middle of the road with the engine still running.
When officers looked inside the car, they saw the suspect passed out at the wheel, according to online press reports.
Police said that Wendler registered .19 on a breath test, which is more than twice the legal limit, according to a local newspaper.
At the time of his arrest, Wender was wearing a shirt that said: “Been drinking? Blow here”, with an arrow pointing directly to his crotch, according to a news website.
Wendler is scheduled for a preliminary hearing this week and if convicted, this will be Wendler’s sixth DUI. He also faces probation violation charges and driving with a revoked license for this latest brush with the law, police said.
