The Inquisitr reported on April 10, 2013, that the proprietors of restaurant chain Bikinis Sports Bar & Grill got the ‘breastaurant’ trademark registered.
Doug Guller, founder and CEO of Bikinis, announced via a news release that they had secured the “breastaurant” trademark through the US Patent and Trademark Office.
The Texas-based enfranchisement got the exclusive rights to use the term “breastaurant”, where barely clad waitresses would be serving your orders.
Quoting Guller, the Inquisitr wrote, “We’re really excited about receiving this federal trademark.
“Our team has worked hard over the last seven years to offer a unique experience to our fans. It just further solidifies that Bikinis Sports Bar & Grill is America’s ONLY breastaurant.”
The restaurants such as Bikinis and its competitors have gained a lot of fame lately.
The Bikinis chain has announced that they are planning to add up 14 to 50 eateries to their chain in the coming five years. Just like the “breastaurants”, you can see waitresses in low-cut bikini-style tops and short jean skirts serving the customers.
Sports bar and grill chain Twin Peaks has set up 31 locations nationwide starting from in 2008. Reportedly, New York-based roadhouse-themed sports bar Canz that was established in the mid 2008 recession, achieved profits of worth $2 million in the very first year.
