Censored kangaroo becomes internet hit

Tourism Australia is the Aussie equivalent of Visit England, a government-run agency that exists to promote Australia to the world.

A spokesman for Tourism Australia told The Australian: “Anybody who’s familiar with our Facebook page knows we like to have a bit of fun with our posts and when Featherdale Wildlife Park sent us this cracker of a photo we just couldn’t resist sharing it with our fans – in all of its magnificent glory. Or nearly all!”

Featherdale Wildlife Park responded to the growing media interest, posting on Facebook: “[Baz] has simple tastes and enjoys nothing more than munching on grass. However, as a special treat, Baz loves his carrots and sweet potato.”
