Convert your Twitter stream into toilet paper

You probably weren’t saying anything worth reading anyway, @TrueBelieber3023

Twitter isn’t always known for its thoughtful content. A student in Indiana was expelled for using the f-word via Twitter, and a man in Britain was just sentenced to 56 days in prison for hurling racially-charged insults over the social networking site. Now, an enterprising site lets you create commentary on the value of certain Twitter accounts by letting you convert the feeds into rolls of toilet paper.

The company, known simply as Shitter, will print your own Twitter feed or that of any other public account onto toilet tissue. Each order consists of 4 rolls, and costs $35 plus shipping and tax.

Shitter was started by a pair of Australian entrepreneurs named David Gillespie and Matthew Delprado. The service is pretty clever, though we’re not sure we’re ready to shell out that much cash to be reminded of some tweets we otherwise wish didn’t exist. Still, it’s hard to argue with the site’s tagline: “Social media has never been so disposable.”
