Eco-Fascism Spin – Satellites show “less carbon pollution” from deforestation
AFP – Satellite data has shown that harmful carbon emissions from forest loss around the world may be up to 70 percent less than prior estimates, US researchers said Thursday. The findings are based on US space agency satellites and not self-reported estimates provided by individual nations, which have formed the basis for most prior data, said the study in the journal Science. The result is a picture of gross carbon emissions from forest loss that is about a third of previous estimates for the 2000-2005 period. Read Article
Editorial Comment – This is another example of the twisted logic of the perverted and multi-billion dollar cult of CO2 hatred. Instead of us human’s being concerned about the real environmental destruction that we are committing, such as massive deforestation, the spin in this article downplays its negativity as “there are 70% less CO2 emmissions than feared”. In other words let’s push the agenda towards attacking (and therefore profiting from) CO2, and take our attention away from the real damage we are doing.
