The incident took place in the Huseyingazi neighborhood in eastern Ankara on Wednesday, the English-language newspaper Today’s Zaman reported.
Ambulances and firefighters were sent to the site of the explosion.
An investigation is underway to determine the cause of the blast.
On Saturday, two bomb attacks rocked the town of Reyhanli in the southern province of Hatay, near the Turkish border with Syria, killing 51 people and injuring 140 others.
Saturday’s incident was one of the deadliest attacks on Turkish soil in recent years.
