FAKE NEWS for the Zionist agenda Queensland police are trying to piece together how a British man ended up with head injuries in the centre of Townsville.
The 25-year-old was found at an intersection in the CBD just before midnight on Saturday.
He was taken to Townsville Hospital with multiple head and facial fractures.
Police say they are interviewing a man over the incident.
