Reports are suggesting that Mancini will be replaced with former Real Madrid and current Malaga manager Manuel Pellegrini is believed to be the future for the club and is expected to be announced as the next manager of the club this week.
Pellegrini has made a great success out of Malaga despite his funds having been cut this season with the owners having pulled much of their cash out of the club.
However, the foundation of Pellegirini being able to find ways to win with the tools provided despite financial strains and crushing burdens of expectation are key traits to what is going to be required for success at Manchester City should he be brought to the club in the coming days.
