- New York, New York: A Sunset Park man had charges for assaulting a police officer dropped after video showed he was assaulted by police officers for filming them. His attorney said, “Basically, my client was a victim of a gang assault by the 72nd Precinct…Five officers slammed him against the gate of a closed store.
