Officer Assaults Children at Mckinney, Texas Pool Party

Mckinney, Texas – Mckinney police department responded to a call at the Craig Ranch Community pool of ‘kids who didn’t belong in the area, refusing to leave’ and teenagers who were at the pool party supposedly having a fight with adults who had confronted the children trying to make them leave. They dispatched nine patrol units to the neighborhood to deal with the situation.

The resulting show of force was captured on video by one of the teens, who posted it on youtube with the caption: “A fight between a racist mom and a black girl broke out and when the cops showed up everyone ran, including the people who didn’t do anything.” “So the cops just started putting everyone on the ground and in handcuffs for no reason. This kind of force is uncalled for especially on children and innocent bystanders.”

The Mckinney PD officer seen out of control on the video acting like he is in a war zone has been suspended since the video surfaced on-line Saturday evening. This officer is seen assaulting several children including a bikini wearing 14 year old girl who he finds it necessary to use an arm bar take down move on and wrestle her to the ground without concern for her safety like she was a violent felon. It appears from the video that the only thing she did was talk back to him and not walk away fast enough as the officer barked orders like he was commanding a group of dogs.

The video begins with two officers running after people who had understandably took off when the police showed up. Officer ‘out of control’ we’ll call him for now is yelling “Move Move” as he trips and falls chasing after people.

The videographer and a young boy with him pick up the flashlight officer ‘out of control’ dropped and try to give it back to another officer on scene who actually seems level headed and is talking to the children in a calm manner.

We then see officer ‘out of control’ come over and put a black male youth in a wrist lock and take him to the ground for reasons that don’t seem justified in the video or to the level headed officer standing 2 feet away talking calmly to the children. When this officer is pushing the young man’s head down the white female children run away, yet he shows zero concern.

The officer then focuses his attention on the other black male juveniles in attendance, yelling profanities as he commands them on to the ground and puts handcuffs on two of them.

Pausing for a moment to survey the children on the other side of the street who appear to be mainly white kids, the officer then comes back to the kids he forced to the ground and verbally berates them with profanities for making him run on a hot day with his gear on.

Approaching the group of six young girls he says “don’t just stand there running your mouths,””get out of here like I told you,”you’re leaving now.” As the group of young girls walks off he continues to yell profanities at them, “get your ass home.” Threatening them with “keep running your mouths” before deciding he is going to physically assault one of the 14 yr old girls and walks after her to begin his violent episode.

Using an arm bar take down move on a 14yr old girl who is in no way resisting. His throwing the bikini wearing female onto the sidewalk shocked and outraged people witnessing this happen to the young girl. Her friends who had walked off come running back over to yell at this out of control police officer who then chooses to pull his firearm, not his taser, out and aim his loaded weapon at the group of teens.

The girl can be heard repeatedly saying “I want to call my mom” as the officer with loaded weapon in hand yells in her face. Then he picks her up from a sitting position so that he can man handle her and throw her on the ground again and this time shoving her face into the ground. Several times he shoves the 14yr old girl’s face into the ground as she screams for her mother.
