BETHLEHEM, (PIC)– Israeli settlers threw stones at Palestinian vehicles in Nahalin village, east of Bethlehem, on Tuesday morning.

Local sources reported that a group of settlers from Beitar Illit settlement, built on lands of Nahalin, Houssan, and Wadi Fuqan villages, attacked Palestinian vehicles while passing by the main road in Nahalin village.

A car belonging to the citizen Mahmoud Atta was smashed during the attack, while no injuries were reported, the sources added.

Settlers from Beitar Illit settlement are used to carrying out daily attacks against the villagers and their agricultural lands in an attempt to confiscate more of their lands.

In another incident in the village, Israeli occupation forces (IOF) prevented farmers in Nahalin from having access to their agricultural lands on Monday under security pretexts.

Eyewitnesses said that Israelis from the cities of Haifa, Jaffa, and Carmel were brought to the village as part of a trip organized by a Jewish religious school, adding that IOF soldiers prevented the villagers from reaching their lands to provide security for the Israelis.
