Police are continuing to investigate the cause of a crash in Caversham which killed a three-year-old boy yesterday afternoon.
The boy, who was in a bolster seat in the rear of a Holden SS Commodore, died after the car left the road and crashed into a tree at about 2.15pm.
The boy’s father was believed to be driving the vehicle at the time. Two other occupants of the car were hospitalised but their injuries were not life threatening.
Major crash officers are expected to return to the scene of the crash today.
