“We won’t speculate about Clinton’s health condition,” head of the populist-nationalist Russian LDPR party Vladimir Zhirinovsky said during a live broadcast on a Russian TV. “We feel for her. That’s a sensitive matter. But a head of state can’t hide [his/her] health condition.”
“She blacks out in the middle of a work day!” Zhirinovsky noted, adding that it’s vitally important for a nuclear power such as the US to have a healthy leader who is fully aware of their actions.
“What if she faces a decision: to bomb or not to bomb? And at that time she suffers seizure and faints?” Zhirinovsky asked.
Zhirinovsky’s comments come after Hillary Clinton stumbled and reportedly almost fainted at a 9/11 memorial ceremony in New York the day before.
A video emerged online showing Clinton being supported by her assistants as she entered a van to depart the event feeling “overheated,” according to her campaign spokesperson.
Later in the day Clinton’s personal doctor announced that she had been diagnosed with pneumonia two days earlier. Clinton had to cancel a scheduled two-day campaign trip to California that involved fundraisers, a speech about the country’s economy, and an appearance on the Ellen DeGeneres Show.

Clinton, however, promised to release the results of a check-up that she is about to take in order to alleviate concerns about her health, her spokesman said. In August, Clinton’s personal physician Dr. Bardack stated that “Secretary Clinton is in excellent health and fit to serve as president of the United States.”
The Democratic frontrunner is now resting at home in Chappaqua, New York. Her campaign tour will probably resume within a few days.
“I’m feeling fine and getting better,” Clinton said in a Twitter post on Monday, adding she is “anxious to get back out there.”
Thanks to everyone who’s reached out with well wishes! I’m feeling fine and getting better. -H

Republican nominee Donald Trump responded to the news regarding Clinton’s condition by wishing her quick recovery and also promising to release his own medical records with “very, very specific numbers.”
“I just hope she gets well and gets back on the trail, and we’ll be seeing her at the debate,” Trump added.
