In case your attention has been focused elsewhere recently, worth remembering is that the US is still pushing for regime change in Venezuela. And if you go here, you can read about how the US-backed opposition is apparently organizing gangs to go out on looting sprees to plunder shops, bakeries, and other businesses. How long can Venezuela hold out? The answer to that is not completely clear, but like the Syrians, the Venezuelans have shown a rather impressive degree of resilience. One thing is certain: wherever there are global bankers, misery, terror and death are never very far away.
