In this YouTube, Marc Stevens demands IRS agent show basis of income tax. She cannot.
Marc Steven’s book “Adventures in Legal Land” helped Al Thompson defeat a conspiracy charge which would have cost him another five years in prison.

One of the most frustrating experiences I have had is to ask an “IRS” agent to explain the law that establishes an income tax and how it applies to me.
Many of my friends and family thought I was cracked. Of course, Luciferian NWO freaks don’t want people to know that they are being fleeced, robbed, murdered, and even kidnapped in the name of a “state”; whatever that happens to be.
My goal was to get to the truth and then act on it. I had personally witnessed my father-in-law ask an agent what law made him liable for the income tax.
If the agent could produce the law, he would write him a check for it. The agent refused to answer.
When I was in Sacramento jail in December 2004, a nice person sent me a book written by Marc Stevens called: “Adventures in Legal Land” (2002).
According to Wikipedia, the book focuses on the legal and political systems of the United States, and examines these and society in general from an anarcho-capitalist and voluntary-ist philosophical viewpoint.
This book showed just how crooked the legal process is and how to shift the burden of proof. This book helped me to defeat a conspiracy charge, which saved me another 5 years in prison.
Fast-forward about eight years: I remembered Marc and I found his website. What struck me about this site was in an audio with an IRS attorney called “Kimberly Clark” who refused to disclose any proof that Marc’s client was a taxpayer or had taxable income.
I encourage you to take 15 minutes of your time to listen to this YouTube version of the call that Marc made on behalf of his client. Notice how she has that condescending “vocal fry” sound in her voice.
Ms. Clark’s answers were the same things that many of us old time “tax protesters” heard. The nonsense is almost unbelievable, but most of those exchanges are on the old cassette tapes stored away where few people can hear them.
What was striking in this audio is that the attorney is accusing Marc of making an argument, when no argument was being presented. Marc was simply asking for proof that his client is a taxpayer or had any taxable income, and of course she had no witnesses and they had no evidence.
The government, as it is understood today, does not care about the welfare of the people. They only care about themselves. They are willing to lie and distort anything to get their way.
To me, people in government are just greedy communists, statists, socialists, crooks, and fascists who want to control every facet of our lives.
Marc Stevens shows the arrogance, the deceitfulness, and the lunacy of the people who run the “Government” and the media that supports it.
Marc is an excellent legal consultant. His strategy is:
-Damage control: the client has already received a certain amount of damage just for catching a case, and Marc is excellent and getting down to the basic points
-Who is the witness and does he have any “personal first-hand knowledge of the facts of the case?
-What are the facts in evidence and how do they apply to his clients.
-Never assume anything when dealing with a judge or attorney
-Never disagree
-Never give them something to deny
-Take away the “judge’s” discretion
-Never argue the merits
-How to properly cross-examine a bureaucrat
Mark’s book is something everyone should have in order to help them defend themselves in court. I get better results handling my case myself than hiring an attorney that I can’t afford. If the attorney screws up, I still go to jail or lose my case. The attorney still gets the money and goes home to his family.
No one can function properly without the truth. Marc demonstrates just how crooked “Government” types can be. My biggest question: How could anyone work for an outfit like this and then go home and sleep at night?

I never heard of Marc Stevens but many years ago now I bought each of Otto Skinner’s books on the same theme. Skinner learned the truth about the tax while doing time for fighting it wrongly. He realized that you cannot argue the tax from inside the tax code as that is a tacit admission that you are, indeed, a taxpayer. Moreover, it traps you into the phony tax court, the worst offense to justice imaginable. He was the first I heard of who preached that the only way to beat them was to force them to show you what makes you a taxpayer since the U.S. Supreme Court, in it’s very first case of the 1913 amendment, flatly stated that the amendment created no new tax. Therefore it had to be an excise as, in the U.S., any direct federal tax must be levied through the state governments.
The question is: An excise on what? Can’t be on the fact that you have an income; that’s unlawful in the U.S. as a direct tax. Since the tax is levied by the treasury department, the best bet is that it is legitimately a tax on the importation of tobacco, alcohol or firearms (and now explosives – ATFE). How many Americans do you suppose fall into that category?
If the people will live for bread and circuses rather than educate themselves on the laws of their nation, they will live with a criminal government. It IS that simple.

I believe Al Thompson is a real hero and real man.
Very few people have the balls to challenge the State with his own version of the truth. That’s why they get away with it. In another post Al says it’s understandable that people don’t dare challenging the State. It’s just too evil. That shows his magnanimity.
Yesterday news broke of two men held in isolation for 40(!!!) years. This just shows what kind of total psychopaths really run the asylum.
His plight also shows that all the people believing we can defeat the NWO in court are still in a profound coma.
It’s unlikely the NWO can really be defeated, all we can really do is end our complicity in its satanist mayhem by boycotting both the State and the Money Power’s banks and transnationals as much as possible.
Meanwhile, I join Al in asking: How could anyone work for an outfit like this and then go home and sleep at night? Same goes for people working at banks or Transnationals and don’t let anybody give me the ‘I’m just doin’ the job for the wife ‘n kids’, because all I have for them is the evil eye.

There have been so many revelations in the Canadian media about bureaucratic misfeasance (for example, in the
offices of the RCMP Commissioner, the Public Service Integrity Commission, and the Canadian Human Rights
Tribunal–all institutions that are supposedly charged with protecting citizens’ rights!) that if the courts were truly
impartial, in all legal proceedings they would place the onus on “the authorities” to prove their bona fides.
