In addition to unveiling two new tablets at next week’s big event, it will also launch a projector, an external optical drive and PC workstation.

The two tablets – which will be added to its existing Cruz tablet line — are similar in specs, but different in size. The Cruz Tablet T507 – which will run on Android 4.0 and retail for less than $150 – features a 7-inch touchscreen, full Flash support and a Cortex A8 1.2 GHz Processor. It also boasts 512MB DDR3 of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage.

Meanwhile, its Cruz Tablet T510 has a larger 9.7-inch touchscreen – the same touchscreen size as the iPad. However, the T510 features front and rear cameras, while the T507 only has a camera in the front. The price for the larger tablet has not yet been finalized, but it’s expected to retail for less than $250, Velocity Micro told Mashable.

The company will also be launching its Velocity Micro Shine Projector, a pocket-sized projector that lets users share movies, streaming video, pictures or presentations on walls, ceilings or screens. Weighing in at 9 oz. and standing only 4 inches tall, Velocity Micro is calling the device the greenest projector on the market as it uses just 23 watts of power in full mode. That product will be priced at $400.

Other specs for the projector include an ultra-bright 300 lumen display, a 1280×768 WXGA HD native resolution and a powerful .45-inch TI DLP imaging chip. The projector can also connect to other devices via HDMI, including phones, tablets and a home theater system.

Velocity Micro will also be launching its ProMagix HD6000, an Intel Xeon-powered workstation with Intel Server NICs along with 12-cores of processing power. The workstation also features an Asus X79WS Motherboard, 32GB DDR3-1600 of RAM and 120GB SSD. It will cost less than $3,500.

The last product in the company’s CES 2012 lineup is the VMUltr Drive, an external optical drive with 500GB of back-up-storage space that can be connected via USB to notebooks, desktops or ultrabooks.
