Every military member remembers two dates, the date they entered the service and the date they left. My dates are July 19th 1990 and February 28th 2013. I was 17 in 1990 and like most teenagers (back then) had several part-time jobs and always had money in my pocket. I joined the Army for a multitude of reasons the least being for a career.
